Pickup at Dr.Koala’s retail store
We will send you the pickup confirmation through WhatsApp when the pickup order is ready.
Store pickup period
You need to finish store pick-up within 90 days after getting the pick-up confirmation. If order has not been picked up within the pick-up period, the overdue order will be cancelled and no refund arrangement will be made.
Dispatch Notification
The system will notify you and provide you the tracking number through email. You may check the status few hours later after receiving the notification.

However, we do not have a time slot of receiving the parcels. You may contact our courier if there is a preferred delivery time so they can arrange it for you.
